Odisha's Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik reached out to Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu to offer his congratulations on the latter's success in the recent state elections. Naidu's TDP emerged victorious for the consecutive fifth time in Andhra Pradesh, securing a majority with 151 out of 175 assembly seats. Patnaik, who has been in power in Odisha since 2000, expressed his best wishes and support for Naidu's future endeavors.
The results for JEE (Advanced) 2024 have been announced, with Ved Lahoti from the IIT Delhi zone securing the top rank in the Common Rank List with a score of 355 out of 360 marks. Dwija Dharmeshkumar Patel from the IIT Bombay zone was the top-ranked female candidate, securing CRL 7 with 332 out of 360 marks. The exam was held on May 26 and 180,200 candidates appeared, with 48,248 qualifying for the exam.
