Senior Congress Leader and Leader of the Opposition, Partap Singh Bajwa, criticized the BJP-led Haryana government for using tear gas and rubber bullets against peacefully protesting farmers in Punjab, which resulted in the death of a farmer. Bajwa also expressed disappointment towards the Punjab Chief Minister for his failure to take action against the Haryana Police and Home Minister.
