After initial confusion surrounding the date for Diwali in 2024, religious scholars have officially announced that it will be celebrated on October 31. This decision was made based on the Hindu scriptures, which state that Diwali should fall on the same day as the Pradosh Kaal. Devotees planning to worship Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha can do so from 6:25 p.m. to 8:32 p.m., as it is the most auspicious time for Lakshmi Puja, with three additional muhurats also available.
