The highly-anticipated Lok Sabha election results for the constituency of Kancheepuram in Tamil Nadu are finally being declared, with DMK's Selvam. G and AIADMK's Rajasekar. E in a neck-to-neck battle. Tamil Nadu, with 39 seats in the state, has the highest number of Lok Sabha constituencies among southern states and has recorded a 62% voter turnout.
