The Kannada film industry is gearing up for an exciting clash on June 14 as two highly anticipated films, Kotee and Love Li, hit the theaters. Making the face-off even more compelling is the fact that the lead actors of both films, Dhananjaya and Vasishta Simha, share a close friendship off-screen. Kotee, a thriller directed by debutant Param, features Dhananjaya in the lead role as a man standing up against a powerful gang leader for his sister's wedding. Love Li, directed by Chetan Keshav, follows Vasishta Simha as an orphan turned gangster who finds love but faces a major threat to his new life. These films also boast of star-studded casts and impressive production teams, setting the stage for a captivating showdown at the box office.
KRG Studios has acquired the distribution rights for the upcoming Kannada film Kotee, set to release in over 250 centres. The film, directed by Parameshwar Gundkal and produced by Jyothi Deshpande, stars Dhananjaya and other notable actors. The film has garnered high expectations through its promotional posters and initial screenings, and is being described as a gripping emotional thriller. With renowned music composers, Vasuki Vaibhav and Nobin Paul, and cinematographer Arun Brahma marking their debut with this film, Kotee promises to be a perfect treat for family audiences.
