In honor of the 10th edition of International Day of Yoga (IDY) in 2024, NV Raghuram, esteemed yoga teacher to astronaut Rakesh Sharma and founder of Yoga Bharati, shared the powerful influence of yoga on Sharma's successful mission in space.
